Brian McGuire, Senior Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services recently completed a 15,000 SF, long term, industrial lease transaction at 47 Mall Drive in Commack, NY.   McGuire presented the tenant, Akron Generics, LLC while Doug Omstrom of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Plaza Realty.  Akron Generics is a licensed wholesale distributor, which provides a wide variety of FDA approved products including Generics, Brands, Diabetic supplies and Over-the-Counter Medications.
