Concern for Independent Living, a provider of affordable housing, supportive services and vocational opportunities to the disabled, purchased a 51,500-square-foot health related facility in East Patchogue for $4.0 million. The facility is located at 270 Patchogue Yaphank Road. It had been on the market for approximately six months. The seller, KEG Realty Company LLC, had previously operated the 172 Bed South Country Adult Home at the property.
