CBCICS has received written confirmation from NYS that it may legally continue to provide commercial property management services to its clients. Although our office is closed to the public, we continue to staff the office for the purpose of processing rents and payables using a staggered light shift strategy. The property managers are working remotely. Although conditions are far from ideal, we continue to work effectively as a coordinated team.
