Avnet signs 7,606 RSF Office Lease at 102 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY

Avnet signed a long term lease for 7,606 RSF of office space on the 3rd floor at 102 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY. Avnet is the third high profile tenant this year to lease space at 102 Motor Parkway. Avnet's Electronic Marketing Americas will occupy the space. Occupancy is expected in the 3rd quarter of 2016. The tenant is relocating from 135 Engineers Road, Hauppauge.

The 102 Motor office will serve as a regional office for Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, a business region of Avnet Electronics Marketing, serving customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas offers leading design chain services combined with world-class supply chain services in support of the electronics industry. Avnet Electronics Marketing distributes electronic components and embedded solutions from the industry's leading manufacturers. 

102 Motor Parkway is one of two twin 6 story, class “A” 204,000 square foot office buildings located on 19.6 acres at the gateway to the Hauppauge Industrial Park in Hauppauge New York. The 1,400 acre Hauppauge Business and Industrial Park has more than 80 office buildings and is home to more than 1,600 companies.
