Penn Mutual Leases 3,750 RSF at 102 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY

Penn Mutual signed a long term lease for 3,750 RSF of office space on the 5th floor at 102 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY. Penn is the second high profile tenant this year to lease space at 102 Motor Parkway. Penn Mutual's Life Planning Group will occupy the space. The tenant relocated from 1393 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge.

102 Motor Parkway is one of two twin 6 story, class “A” 204,000 square foot office buildings located on 19.6 acres at the gateway to the Hauppauge Industrial Park in Hauppauge New York. The 1,400 acre Hauppauge Business and Industrial Park has more than 80 office buildings and is home to more than 1,600 companies. Long Island Business News ranked 100 - 102 Motor Parkway as one of the top 10 office properties on Long Island. The six-story office building at 102 Motor Parkway features perfectly rectangular floor-plates offering optimal, efficient space for the user.
