Island Fire Sprinker Leases 7,000 SF of Flex Space at 630 Broadway Ave. Holbrook, NY

Island Fire Sprinkler, Inc., a full service sprinkler contractor, engages in the design and installation of fire sprinklers for general contractors and property owners in the United States. It offers computer-aided design services for various sprinkler systems; and wet, dry, and pre-action systems and services. The company also installs systems in new construction, and offers fire sprinkler service and maintenance, as well as the correction and removal of violations services. In addition, it provides guidance for fire systems and regulations.

Peck and Sander Properties LLC leased just under 7,000 square feet to Island Fire Sprinkler in a five year deal at 630 Broadway Avenue, Holbrook, NY.  Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associated was the sole broker involved in the transaction. The 30,400 square foot multi-tenant industrial building sits on two acres and is strategically located between Sunrise Highway and Veterans Memorial Highway with easy access to the Long Island Expressway.
