A 27 year career veteran of the industry, he has extensive experience in evaluating, leasing, selling and managing single and multi-tenant income producing property, owner occupied commercial property and development projects.

Due to Lee's experience as Chairman of the Port Jefferson Zoning Board of Appeals, he is particularly well qualified as an expert witness on land use and zoning related litigation matters for both residential and commercial real estate.
