Lee Rosner, CCIM SIOR, Managing Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates consummated a long term year lease with the Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence  to occupy 9,298 SF on the eighth floor at the 175,000 SF, Class "A" office property - Courthouse Corporate Center, 320 Carleton Avenue, Central Islip, NY.

Due to the quality of the property, the strength of ownership and management and the great value proposition that Courthouse offers, the property has benefited from steady and significant leasing activity over the past two years in a challenging office market.  Lee Rosner and Andy Dorman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates have been the exclusive leasing agents for Courthouse Corporate Center since 2008.

Lee Rosner, Managing Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates today announced an Industrial Sale Transaction in Ronkonkoma, NY. 85 Remington Blvd., Ronkonkoma is a 15,000 SF free standing industrial building leased to a single tenant; Apollo Display Technologies. Apollo is a German owned manufacturer and distributor specializing in LCD technology.

In June 2008, Richard Eicher, former owner and founder of Apollo Displays and the property owner since 2001, hired Lee Rosner, CCIM SIOR of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner and Associates on an exclusive basis to sell the property. A contract of sale was signed with a private investor within 45 days from the listing date, and a closing took place approximately 75 days from the date of contract. Rosner represented the property owner and former principal owner of Apollo Display Technologies. Edward Pidgeon, SVP of AIRECO Real Estate Corp. represented the Long Island based investor. The sale price was $1,600,000 (107 PSF).

Well known name in office and industrial real estate, Lee Rosner, has bought out the second of his two original partners in the Long Island Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate making Rosner sole owner of the company. The new name of the company is Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates.

Lee Rosner, Managing Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates today announced a major property sale in Suffolk County. Concern for Independent Living, a provider of affordable housing, supportive services and vocational opportunities to the disabled, purchased a 51,500-square-foot health related facility in East Patchogue for $4.0 million. The facility is located at 270 Patchogue Yaphank Road. It had been on the market for approximately six months. The seller, KEG Realty Company LLC, had previously operated the 172 Bed South Country Adult Home at the property.
