  • 4/27/2010 Lee Rosner, CCIM SIOR, Managing Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates today announced a major medical office lease transaction in Nesconset. Mount Sinai Medical Center’s North Shore Medical Group. North Shore leased an entire building at the Southern Blvd Professional Park totaling 8,900 square feet. Occupancy is scheduled for Fall 2010. Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates was the sole broker for the transaction.

ProVest, LLC. signed a lease to occupy 6,500 SF of prime office space in the 175,000 SF Class “A” Courthouse Corporate Center. As one of the nation’s largest legal support services firm, ProVest provides service of process and related services to many of the country’s most notable law firms, financial institutions, and insurance companies.

The Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, Inc. signed a lease to occupy 6,000 SF of prime office space in the 175,000 SF Class “A” Courthouse Corporate Center. The Public Defender Office chose the location for the high building quality, excellent value and its immediate proximity to the Cohalan County Court Complex.
  • 12/1/2008 Andy Dorman, Senior Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates today announced an industrial lease transaction in Ronkonkoma. Nemesis Systems Corporation, a computer peripheral equipment and software merchant leased 2,000 square feet at 2140 Pond Road in Ronkonkoma. The private 8-year-old company sought to occupy more efficient space.  Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates was the sole broker for the transaction.
