  • 4/27/2010 Lee Rosner, CCIM SIOR, Managing Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates today announced a major medical office lease transaction in Nesconset. Mount Sinai Medical Centers North Shore Medical Group. North Shore leased an entire building at the Southern Blvd Professional Park totaling 8,900 square feet. Occupancy is scheduled for Fall 2010. Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates was the sole broker for the transaction.

The doctors office measures just under 1,000 square feet. Dorman represented the tenant, while Alberto Fiorini and Jim Bilski of Alliance Real Estate represented the buildings owner.

The Public Defender Office chose the location for the high building quality, excellent value and its immediate proximity to the Cohalan County Court Complex.

Nemesis Systems Corporation, a computer peripheral equipment and software merchant leased 2,000 square feet at 2140 Pond Road in Ronkonkoma. The private 8-year-old company sought to occupy more efficient space.  Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates was the sole broker for the transaction.
