Lee Rosner has over 28 years of office and industrial real estate brokerage providing
seller representation, landlord representation and tenant representation, investment sales, property management, commercial property development, expert witness - litigation support, zoning and land use consulting, and operational experience in the commercial real estate industry. He started his own commercial real estate brokerage firm in 1985 and has completed in excess of $750,000,000 in real estate transactions over his lengthy professional career. 1998 marked the beginning of his affiliation with Coldwell Banker Commercial. He is currently is the Principal Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates, a leading full service commercial brokerage firm based in Islandia, Long Island, NY specializing in corporate real estate services.

In addition to the day to day responsibilities of managing an active office of full time brokers and support staff, Lee is consistently a top producing broker. In early 2006, Lee completed the largest industrial land sale on Long Island in the prior twelve month period to a Fortune 100 company. In 2005, Lee completed sixteen office and industrial sale and lease transactions representing over $30M in value. In 2003, Lee completed the largest industrial lease transaction for the year in Nassau County, NY; a 110,000 SF deal with a Fortune 500 company. For the third year in a row, Lee has earned membership into the company's Circle of Distinction - Gold Level, an honor bestowed upon the top 1 percent of the more than 3,000 Coldwell Banker Commercial sales associates. He is an active participant in the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and several other leading commercial real estate trade groups in the New York Metropolitan Area.

Lee is a native New Yorker and earned his B.S. from Syracuse University. He holds a New York State Broker's License and has completed hundreds of hours of industry specific education, over his many years in the commercial real estate business. Lee holds the prestigious CCIM and SIOR  designations.

Lee currently serves as Trsutee of the Incorporated Village of Port Jefferson and is the former Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. In addition, he is currently a Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University College of Business (MBA Program).
