Edward Pidgeon joined the company in August of 2009 as a partner. With over 21 years of commercial-industrial real estate experience, Ed has established himself as one of Long Islands leading brokers providing tenant representation, seller representation investment sales and property management.
As a Senior Vice President with AIRECO Real Estate Corp. Ed's responsibilities included training and managing of associate brokers. In addition to brokerage he has managed investment portfolios. With a background in construction management and his skill to communicate a tenants needs has become the back bone in deal making. Understanding the customer's real needs as well as the landlord's goals is the key to a successful transaction. Concentrating in industrial and office real estate he has successfully completed over $200 million in transactions in the last 15 years. Ed has worked with numerous local companies as well as fortune 500 companies to help with concerns regarding growth or reduction within the company. not all companies need to physically move to increase space, options as raising the roof or additional space need to be considered.
Ed graduated from Hofstra University in 1984 having established himself as an All American wrestler placing 4th in the National NCAA Division 1
