Allen Smith joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates in September of 2005. He exclusively focuses on serving retail and restaurant clients in both lease and sales transactions. With over 30 years of restaurant operations and development experience combined with his experience as Chairman of the Board of The New York State Restaurant Association, he has a keen understanding of the retail industry and in particular, food related retail. During his long career in restaurant operations, he held high level positions for several major restaurant industry companies in New York City and Long Island.

He routinely provides compilation and evaluation of zoning/land use code, demographic, traffic, gap and market analysis, as well as preparation of offers and negotiation of lease and purchase terms for potential development/redevelopment sites throughout Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn.
