Leo Farrell has over 25 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services and a Managing Principal, Leo founded Corporate Realty Services LLC, a commercial real estate firm located in Hauppauge, New York in 2003. Previously, Leo was a Managing Director at Manhattan-based Brown Harris Stevens. Leo began his commercial real estate career with George Tsunis Real Estate, Inc. where he quickly advanced to Associate Broker and onto Managing Director during his nine years at the company. Consistently a top producer, his responsibilities included office and industrial leasing and sales as well as managing the firm’s four brokers and training new personnel.
Throughout his commercial real estate career, Leo has continued to be one of the most prolific commercial brokers on Long Island specializing in office leasing, industrial and land leasing and sales, as well as build-to-suits. Leo was instrumental in brokering the construction of over 25 buildings totaling over 1 million sq. ft. of space. He has represented national, as well as local customers and landlords throughout the commercial real estate community including: Teachers Federal Credit Union, Newsday, Quality King, Suffolk County, Bridgehampton National Bank, Rechler Equity Partners, Fairfield Properties, Walmart, People’s United Bank, McDonalds, NY State, GSA, Marriot Hotels, Brookhaven Rail Terminal, Computer Associates, Motorola and Reckson Associates.
Leo’s education and background in engineering has given him a multifaceted perspective into the most technical aspects of the commercial real estate industry. He has also worked closely with top developers, landlords, architects, lawyers, engineers and government personnel throughout Long Island.
Leo is a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), the Long Island Business Development Council (LIBDC) and the Brookhaven Industrial Group Association (BIG).
Leo resides in St. James, NY with his wife Marsia and son Paul.
