DRI Relays, Inc. Buys 30,000 SF R & D Building in Heart of Hauppauge Industrial Park for $3.755M
DRI hired Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates Principal’s Lee Rosner, CCIM SIOR and Ed Pidgeon as its Exclusive Representative in December 2011 to provide real estate advisory services in to aid with decision making related to its R & D, Manufacturing, Testing and Administrative Facilities on Long Island. Ultimately a decision was reached to acquire 60 Commerce Drive and relocate DRI’s operations to the new building to accommodate their thriving business.
This strategically located building, in the heart of the Hauppauge Industrial Park, was the ideal property for DRI to locate to due to the building expansion potential to over 50,000 SF, its extensive parking capacity and the easy access to Motor Parkway and the Long Island Expressway. “This property was well-maintained, and in virtually move-in condition at the time of the sale” reports Pidgeon.
